 ｢有壇有讚｣透過小組形式讓青少年學習製作網上論壇，除了可把社會事件或生活素材的資訊發放，並藉著論壇的建立而拉近青少年與社區間的距離，從而認識不同的人士，使他們能互相溝通。而社區人士能透過網絡的接觸改變對青少年的負面印象，確認青年人的能力，欣賞他們對社區的參與，讓青少年相信自己的意見和想法有其重要性，他們也有發表意見的權力。 |
